The main thing with my situation was that “The Geek Wise-Guy” didn’t look into the issue in depth. He simply assessed the situation in less than 1 minute and quoted me a price. I know for a fact he just wanted me to buy another computer. I’m glad I got a second opinion from Kompufix.!

Now days anybody that knows how to re-install the microsoft operating system can be a “GEEK” (my 7 year old daughter knows how).
