• Who are you people?

  We are a web design and development firm founded in 1998. Were based in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, FL and our goal is to bring great design and rich functionality to small businesses and organizations. We believe everyone deserves a great looking, easy to use website.

• Do I have to sign a long term contract?

  Absolutely not. With Kompufix Inc., there are NO CONTRACTS. If you are not happy with our service or if you just decide you no longer need a website, you can cancel at anytime. No pressure, no gimmicks, no headaches.

• How can I pay?

  You can pay with a check or credit card. We accept Visa + Mastercard. We will automatically bill your credit card each month and send you an invoice via email.

• Can I have more than 3 pages on my site?

  Yes, you sure can, although 3 pages is enough for most of our clients. If you need more than 3 pages let us know and for a small additonal $9 per page fee we can provide you with as many pages as you need.

• Do you offer training?

  We sure do. We offer one on one phone training with you and your staff. Training usually takes about an hour to learn your way around the Dashboard. It's very simple to get started and we will work with you for as long as you need.

• Do I have to pay extra for my website hosting?

  Absolutely not. Included in your monthly fee are ALL of your hosting costs. We provide first class hosting with unlimited bandwidth and up to 1GB of online storage.

• Can you re-desing my existing website?

  Absolutely! Almost every business has a website now, but unfortunately most of them are not satisfied with their websites. The reason is that they never paid attention to the parameters involved in building an effective online presence. Things have really changed in the last few years and everyone now wants a contemporary website that brings in traffic.

• Can I use my own domain name?

  You sure can. We can setup your new Kompufix Inc. website to work seamlessy with any domain name you own.

• What type of computer and software do I need?

  Any computer with a modern web browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, FireFox, Chrome) will work just fine. You do not need to install any software since it is all hosted and updated on our internal servers. It's super simple and hassle free.

• Can I use FTP to upload/download files?

  You sure can. You have full access to upload and download files directly using FTP.
